We, Companion Bengals, sell one (1) pet or breeder (circle one) quality kitten/cat to _______________________ for the sum of $_______.___.If the cat is sold as a pet the kitten/cat spayed or neutered within six (6) months of sale. This kitten is not to be bred, and is of pet quality only. We will supply TICA papers for said kitten within six (6) months of sale. You need to send confirmation on alteration of kitten.

Should you purchase a breeder then you have full rights to breed the kitten/cat with whomever you see fit. Should the cat return for breeding there will be a one-time breeding fee ($75 in-state, $100 out-of-state, up to 100 miles) to cover transportation costs. This fee will be assessed one time per breeding. We will supply TICA papers within six (6) months of sale. In the event that we agree on a kitten back we expect first pick from the first litter or second pick of the first litter. (circle one and note any additional litters or comments here:

We, Bengal Companions, guarantee the general health of our kittens for one week. We recommend that you bring your kitten to your vet within seven (7) days of point of sale. If there is an illness determined by your veterinarian please bring them back for treatment. If a life threatening congenital defect is found in the kitten we will replace the kitten or refund your money within thirty (30) days. If within ninety (90) days of sale a life threatening congenital defect is found we will replace the kitten.

We are not responsible for any veterinarian bills incurred by you for your kitten. The Use of FIV or FIP vaccines nullify the health guarantee.

If you have a health problem with your kitten after ninety (90) days, please inform me. We like to keep up on the general health of all kittens.

In the event that you purchase a breeder kitten/cat we guarantee the fertility. If the cat is deemed infertile by a veternarian after one year we will exchange with another kitten of equal quality.

We cannot refund your money or exchange/replace your cat for any reason except for the above.
